Firstly, I mostly eat wholefoods, vegetables, beans, lentils. If I were to eat the vegetables raw, I'd be a few hours over a meal. I can get more in quickly if I lightly cook them. Also we wouldn't be able to eat raw beans or lentils. I suppose we could sprout them and then eat. I like to make stews and soups and add lots of spices to flavor and for health. Thank God I don't eat animals, we're omnivores only because we evolved to eat meat over time, I think when we discovered fire, so the books say. We have long guts and we don't have sharp teeth and claws and we can't run fast
Also, my whole way of thinking has changed in the past five years based on the people I've met and listened to in chats. I now don't believe in evolution. Maybe the Bible story is partially true. You could explore Gary Wayne, who has spent about twenty years researching and writing two massive books The Genesis 6 Conspiracy 1 and 2. His website is www.genesis6conspiracy.com and he has lots of long form interviews on Youtube. I think you'll find him very interesting to explore
